So today I was especially frustrated and I thought, "what can I do?". Well after thinking about it, not a whole lot, but I DID file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I know it seems like a waste of time, but it is important that we at least report problems. Be specific and just fill out the form. I am just letting everyone know they have a voice. Good luck!
