I'm currently with T-Mobile, & are using a Sidekick LX. Do I dare make the move to AT&T, & purchase the new iPhone? I've heard different things about the reception w/AT&T, & I've thousands of beautiful things about the iPhone. I don't want to buy the iPhone now, & knowing the Apple people, they end up making a newer & improved one in the near future.
There are so many things I'm thinking about when it comes to getting the iPhone-
1. I've heard of "jailbreaking" the iPhone. Is it really worth it to do so? Won't "jailbreaking" ruin the warranty? It would be nice to get to personalize certain items, like change the "AT&T" name in the top left corner to my name.
2. If I did get an iPhone, I would certainly want a case. There have been so many bad reviews on a silicone case, because apparently, i stretches out w/wear, & it lets dust in. How do I go about getting the right case? A pink or hot pink case is a plus.
3. Which Bluetooth headset do I buy? I would love to spring for a Jawbone II, but it's kind of pricey for me. I just need something to use in the car.
4. 8g or 16g?? I love the way the white iPhone looks, but do I really need a 16g? How much stuff could I possibly fit into a 16g? I'm looking at storing mostly photos, music, & a couple of apps & games.
*I need some more convincing!
