I would like to purchase one of the new Alpine heads and wonder if anyone has had any better luck charging and listening to Iphone 3g

I just bought the alpine idx 200.  it charges and plays just fine.

If I had to do it over I would get the remote control as well (which i just ordered from Crutchfield).
